I am particularly interested in wildlife illustration, being actively involved in wildlife conservation, primarily with the Warwickshire Branch of Butterfly Conservation. Over the last few years I have been lucky to be featured as a regular illustrator for the Independent on Sunday Newspaper.

Producing illustrations for newspapers can be quite challenging. I often get the call midday on Friday and usually have to produce a series of finished illustrations by Saturday lunchtime... although it's often late on Friday before I have a full brief so although it's great fun, it does often mean late nights and early mornings and a late start to my weekends!

	With a BSc (Hons) degree in Archaeological Sciences from the University of Bradford, my professional experience as an illustrator for MoLAS, Oxford Archaeology and as a Director of 3'S Company (Consultancy) Ltd, I have the skills and knowledge to produce print-ready illustrations for a whole range of documents from watching brief reports to site guides. I have also taught digital illustration for over 3 years at North Warwickshire College while building my other business, Brimstone Design & Print Ltd which specialises in printing and publishing high quality fine art prints and greeting cards.
