Archaeological Excavations - Site Plans and maps of Zeugma, nr. Birecik, South Eastern Turkey.
During my time working at Oxford Archaeology, I spent 3 months working in SE Turkey at the ancient Roman site of Zeugma where an extensive rescue excavations ahead of the Birecik Hydro-electric dam construction on the Euphrates River recovered vast amounts of artefacts and intact roman mosaics.
